ntl are behaving very oddly. they were supposedly the best isp to have a while ago, with one of their phone lines you could get unmetered internet access much more easily and cheaper than you could with a bt line. now they don’t appear to be offering dial up access to new users at all. on top of this they seem to have a very ‘narrow’ definition of broadband.
the fact that this “entry-level” broadband service only delivers speeds of up to 64 Kbps is neither here nor there.
