bad customer service. dell have gone down severely in my estimation in the last couple of weeks. the battery on my dell laptop has died. this happened mysteriously days after the one year warranty on it expired. no problem, i can buy another. except i can’t. there is no mention of the correct battery in their web store and my emails to customer service have met with nothing more than auto acknowledgements. i’m annoyed and appalled. a laptop without a battery isn’t completely useless but it is considerably less useful to me.
