and another dumb piece of computer logic is found on british telecom’s site. there is a utility that will suggest what numbers you should list in your ‘friends and family’ discount scheme based on the numbers you have called most on your last phone bill. a sensible idea it would seem. but the calculator will suggest numbers that are excluded from the discount scheme! which seems plain ridiculous to me.
