Ride to Polzeath

I took my bike on holiday to Cornwall (and made it work up some hills for a change). I was staying at Port Isaac and intending to go to the National Trust cafe at Pentire but I was there before it opened so carried on to Polzeath which was very busy, but nice. Welcome to Polzeath roadsign with pots of flowers in front of it. My bike is lurking against the wall behind it as the road was so steep I couldn’t get it to rest against the sign.

Pentire & Polzeath: 12.78km over 49:03 minutes then back again with Polzeath to Port Isaac: 8.58km over 36:48. Temp rising to 20ºC and pretty sunny.
