Icy Canal

Chilly on the #LancasterCanal at the mo! The ice has been broken and refrozen again. Icy rain today with no sign of the promised thaw. We got the boat toasty and warm though, after a some adventures with Calor gas. It helps when you realise the cylinders are connected with a left hand thread. Another thing that’ll be easier next time. We’re learning, slowly. #canal #narrowboat
