Camel Trail

I wish I’d had the time to do more of the Camel Trail in Cornwall, but I persuaded Darren to ride with me from Wadebridge to Padstow and back and it was a good day out. We did plenty of walking in Padstow as well as eating the pizzas!

My bike next to a green Camel Trail sign

My bike with a view of the Camel Estuary and Padstow in the distance

My bike on an old railway bridge with a view of Padstow beyond

Some very large pizzas at The Stable in Padstow

Footpath to the beach at Padstow

My bike with a sign pointing the five miles back to Padstow from Wadebridge. It’s 7 miles to Bodmin in the opposite direction.

Camel Trail to Padstow: 8.86km in 34 minutes and back again Camel Trail to Wadebridge: 9km in 34 minutes. A mostly sunny 20ºC.
