i’m always divided on this type of issue. on the one hand i think stopping people from getting their hands on cash that isn’t theirs is a good thing. on the other hand there is always an inconvenience to those of us who sometimes do odd things with our cash cards.

they detect 49 cases of fraud out of 3300 suspicious transactions. that doesn’t seem like a terribly good hit rate to me.
