yes, i can take my postal vote in to the collection point in person but i have to have it witnessed by someone who verifies that i’m “known to them personally”.

and where do you find one of those on a thursday evening when you live by yourself and have studiously avoided knowing the neighbours or in fact knowing anyone at all within a couple of hours drive.
