🛋️ Rearranged the living room furniture. The same stuff now looks a lot less cluttered.
🧹Hoovered it all up too.
🔈Went out and bought new speaker cable so I can get the stereo to work where it is now (not yet connected it but having the cable makes it far more likely I will do soon!)

👩🏻💻Got my head into the zone for a change and got a load of useful work done.
🪑 We brain stormed how to make the living room work better.
🐈 The teen sent us a photo dump from their visit to a cat cafe.

🎞️Helped my partner develop his first reel of film in several decades and it all worked out well!
📕Waterstones (bookshop) click and collect worked delightfully quickly and easily.
💡Got all the smart bulbs talking to the system and working again.

✨I cleaned my monitor and I’m not trying to peer through layers of dust now.
👓 I realised that now I’ve got used to my reading glasses I can turn the text size back down and have more screen real estate again too.
🎁 Birthday presents are wrapped for my partner for tomorrow.

🌧️ Weather forecasts that let me find a decent window to bike home where it’s just plain old “raining” rather than “absolutely lashing it down”.
📚 The library is a good place to be stuck on a rainy day.

💾 I think I sent the accountants the right files first time. At least they didn’t instantly ask for different ones.
✅ A handful of small admin tasks ticked off. Nothing exciting but useful.
☀️ A lovely sunny afternoon, and the flexibility to get outside and enjoy it.

✅ Wrote a ten item to do list and did nine of the tasks (and the other one was a shopping task where I went to the shop but they were out of stock so really I did the hard bit).
😲One task I expected to be a pain turned out to be simple and was finished in five minutes.
👕It has been very rainy and autumnal lately but this afternoon was clear blue skies and warm enough to bike in a t-shirt.

🦢Watching cygnets who are nearly fully grown swans now. They are kind of stripy with their white feathers coming through to replace the grey juvenile ones.
😑A random worry I had turned out to be completely unfounded.
📱 Fun FaceTime call with the teen updating us on everything that’s new at uni this year.

🪫 The smoke alarm started its low battery beep in daytime (admittedly after a burnt toast incident) when I actually had a new 9V battery on hand to instantly replace it.
🚲 Went on my first Critical Mass ride and it was huge fun. Took my other half along and he enjoyed it too.
🥃I had to cycle back to the supermarket to get them to remove the security tag so we could drink the whisky we bought and it was a nice extra ride (plus there was whisky at the end of it!)

👂 Found an earring (that I lost earlier in the day).
✅ Work project finished off.

📋Something I forgot to do this morning would have needed doing again this afternoon so I just saved myself some duplicated effort.
🏰Vanished down a video game rabbit hole for a lot longer than I intended to but it was delightful. (Tiny Glade.)
