I read this to remedy the fact that I’d never read anything by the author who coined the term cyberspace. It’s hard to know how many other terms and usages Gibson coined. So much of this book is bizarre, but so much of it is familiar. Reading it sixteen years after it was published I’m wondering which parts of it are familiar now but wouldn’t have been when it was published.
