Death At La Fenice

This is a very good book, with an intelligent, coherent and well thought out plot and the same can be said about the characters. But it failed to ignite my imagination and it didn’t make me care very much about what happened in the end, although I did care about what happened in the end, in the end. If you can untangle that sentence! Four stars, enough to make me read more of the series, not enough to have me sprinting to the bookshop.
