25th march 2003: mogcam is now taking a pic every minute from 8am to 6pm GMT in the week when there is most likely to be anything visible on it. it also takes a pic every five minutes up until about 9 in the evening and every five minutes during the day at weekends. subject to change as i see fit.

21st march 2003: mogcam begins broadcasting.....
