Adding this to my list of things to do "one Easter". This year's Easter list has already been curtailed due to me coming down with the ear infection from hell. Thanks to the wonder of antibiotics I'm now just deaf and dizzy rather than in excruciating pain but think carefully opening eggs is still a bit beyond me for this weekend.

I didn't know that Angostura bitters were a cure for sea sickness. Next time I need to take a cross channel ferry I'll be at the bar with a pink gin. No idea how I'll drive at the end of the crossing but hey...
