my a-z

idea nicked from kris:

Basically, you clear the address bar in your browser, type in every letter of the alphabet, and list the first URL that appears on the history list.

so lots of blogs, mostly knitters, a few message boards, a bit of ebaying, a ton of my own sites and a few oddballs. pretty representative of what i look at on a regular basis though. and nothing which embarrasses me i’m glad to say.

The Adventure of the Christmas Pudding by Agatha Christie

Cover of

A collection of Poirot short stories (and one from Miss Marple) that I picked up the week before Christmas when I couldn’t find my copy of Hercule Poirot’s Christmas which I’d intended to read over Christmas. Only the title story has anything to do with Christmas; it’s also about the best of the lot. They aren’t bad stories but they didn’t really hold my attention and the solutions to the mysteries seemed too simple. Think I’ll stick to Christie’s full length books.
