Christmas holiday reading.... minimal comments.

I love Bannister's Castlemere series but I wouldn't have tried this series featuring Primrose Holland, a local newspaper agony aunt, if I hadn't have come across it in the library at a time I was looking for something gentle to read. It's rather more of a cosy than my usual taste despite the author trying to turn the suspense knob up to maximum and turn it into a thriller at times. I won't rush to read the rest of the series but might do if they turn up in the library.
